RETURN & REFUND POLICY Beauty Bar Za – Beauty & Cosmetics Effective Date: July 2026

1. Overview At Beauty Bar Za, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa and outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

2. 14-Day Return Window You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

4. Defective or Damaged Items In accordance with the CPA, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund within 6 months of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photos as evidence.
